Terms and Conditions

This agreement is entered into between MOBISTAR FZE and the user of the Marrante service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and the applicable laws in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Marrante is a subscription service billed at 15u per day via Orange carrier billing. Fees are deducted from your mobile balance with automatic renewal as long as the balance is sufficient. The service is available 24/7, subject to Orange network availability, and only within the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The user must be 18 years of age or older.

Unsubscription can be performed at any time through the mechanism provided by the operator. Fees already applied remain due.

Content is protected by intellectual property laws. Personal data, such as phone number and billing information, are processed solely for service management in accordance with the regulations in force in the DRC.
